This very chic Santo Domingo villa was built by a European Architect and interior decorator for his own use. It has beautiful furniture and special amenities like a pool with swim up currents, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with wine cooler, home heather system and more.
The first level has a spacious office at the entrance leading to the cozy living room with a 48 inch flat TV with home theater, all overlooking the pool. The living room and kitchen lay across from the pool.
A fancy stairway with cables and glass takes you upstairs. All three air-conditioned bedrooms are equipped with a fan, safe and cable TV with Premium US channels like CNN, ESPN, HBO, CINEMAX etc.
Each room has a private bathroom with shower and includes toiletries. A beautiful and exotic mezzanine separates bedrooms 2 and 3 from the master one. The spacious master bedroom has a home theater system and private terrace with electrical blind shades. The 4th and small guest bedroom is in the back of the house. There is a sleep sofa in the mezzanine for one adult or two small children.
WALK to supermarkets, bars, clubs, restaurants, shops, attractions and everything. Only a 5 mn ride away is Venezuela Street which is one the favorite night spot of locals that has many bars and clubs. Santo Domingo International Airport (20 mn). Beach & Golf (40mn)

RESERVATION TERMS
3 nights. 25% deposit (50% for 7+ nights) is payable online via any major credit/debit card. Full balance due by credit/debit card 30 days before check-in. Refundable damage deposit at check-in. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Check In after 4.00 PM Check-out before 12.00 PM (Noon).
Cancellation Policy: Your fully paid 25%/50% deposit is FULLY refundable 60 days prior to arrival, no refund if less than 60 days. Cancellation on or after arrival, no shows and unpaid balance 30 days before arrival, all prepaid deposits are forfeited. No credit for unused activities or services. No refunds for year-end holidays between December 20 and January 5.
